Terms of Service
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using myfreeqr.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.
Use of the service
MY FREE QR provides a free, browser-based tool for generating QR codes. You may use the service for personal and commercial purposes. The QR codes you generate are yours to use, distribute, and publish as you see fit.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this service to create QR codes that link to, or encode, illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or malicious content. This includes content that infringes intellectual property rights, distributes malware, facilitates fraud, or violates any applicable law. We reserve the right to report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. Because codes are generated in your browser, we do not monitor or control the content you encode, and you are solely responsible for it.
No warranty (as is)
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated QR codes will scan on every device.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MY FREE QR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. You are responsible for testing generated QR codes before relying on them for any purpose.
External links
QR codes you generate may link to third-party websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. A linked website must remain available for a URL code to keep working.
Governing law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
